If part of your
order is out of stock we will contact you immediately to inform you and
give you an estimated delivery date.
At this point you can decide whether you wish to wait for the product
(sent at no extra cost) or whether you would prefer to be refunded.
Gift
Wrapping
If you are sending your order as a
present, then we can give it the personal touch by gift wrapping it and
if desired include a hand-written greetings card.
If your gift is a fragrance then it will be gift wrapped with a bow
and then sent in a box with our usual packaging to ensure a safe arrival.
If your order is cosmetics/beauty product(s) then we will decide
whether a nice gift bag would be more appropriate and then placed in our
usual packaging for postage.
Returns

We will not accept
hand delivered returns. Please
either email us prior to returning the goods or put a note in the parcel.
You will receive a refund after we have inspected the product and
are happy with the return. We do not refund the postage charges on a non-faulty item.
We recommend that you get a certificate of posting as we cannot be
held responsible for goods not received.
Terms & Conditions
All of our stock
is genuine.
We do not sell
testers or damaged goods. All
products are in correct boxes.
Prices are subject
to change, these may increase or even decrease depending upon special offers
and supplier price increases.
All products are
subject to availability.
All prices are
in UK pounds sterling and include VAT.
Goods can be returned
for refund or exchange if they are unopened (fragrances must have original
seal unopened) and cosmetics must be unused.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange/refund mascaras or
lipsticks, except where the item is faulty.
Customers must
return goods within 7 days of receiving the order.
Postage will only
be refunded on a faulty product.
If a refund is
required this will be credited within 14 days of receiving the goods back
and following an inspection.
We reserve the
right to send goods to the invoice address only, in the event of this the
customer will be emailed.
All Orders maybe subject to security
checks (including confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and address
details). We reserve the right
to cancel any orders if such information cannot be supplied.
We cannot be held responsible for
a delay in delivery caused by a third party.
The customer is
responsible for returning an unwanted or faulty product.
Please email us prior to return or include a covering letter with
the goods.
We are not responsible
for any effects caused by product misuse.
Customers are responsible for reading the ingredients and directions
for any products purchased. The
customer accepts full responsibility for any reactions that may occur to
any product used.
Orders that are not recieved which
were sent by standard postage will not be regarded as 'missing' until 15
working days have passed, after that date a resend or refund will be offered.
In accordance with
the Data Protection Act we do not pass your details to any third parties,
all information is confidential. We
will never seek your permission to do so.
All photographs
are for illustration purposes only, colour charts are provided as a guide
and are not an exact match, although we endeavour to get the closest match
possible.

Cancellation
Policy
The customer has the right to cancel an order, however, if the product has
been dispatched then only the product costs will be refunded within 30 days
of receipt of returned goods (presuming they have not been used/opened).
We do not refund postal charges.
If the customer cancels an order before dispatch then the full amount will
be credited to the customers account within 7 days.
