Postage
& Delivery
All goods are sent
by Royal Mail either first class post or parcel force. Unlike some of our competitors we do make a charge for delivery,
often free postage means the price has been included in the cost of the
product. We ensure that the
goods are well packed so that they arrive in the condition that you expect
and are never disappointed. We
cannot be held responsible for delays caused by a third party.
- 1st
Class Royal Mail - £1.00 per item (UK only) (Delivery for UK is capped
at £5.00, this means that if you order 10 items then you will only pay
£5.00 postage not £10.00). Although
we expect your delivery to be with you the next day you should allow at
least 5 working days for your delivery.
- Next
Day Special Delivery - 3.00 charge + 1.00 per item (UK only). Orders must
be placed by 11.00 am to ensure next day delivery.
- On Saturdays any orders for next day delivery (ie for Monday delivery)
must be placed before 10.30am. The last date for ordering using next day
delivery is 21 December, please note that on the 18/19/20 & 21 December
next day delivery orders must also be placed before 10.30am.
IMPORTANT - please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday for Saturday delivery. Next Day delivery on a Friday is for Monday delivery. Royal Mail have issued a new 'guaranteed Saturday delivery', if you require this service on a Friday then please email us at info@discountbeautyshop.co.uk or telephone 0151 546 0794 as there is an extra £2.00 charge by Royal Mail for this service.
