Are your fragrances genuine?
Yes, we guarantee that all our fragrances are genuine and are purchased
from reputable wholesalers/distributors so our customers can buy with confidence.
We stock the same brands as you would find in the high street stores or
duty free shops.
Are they in their correct boxes/packaging?
Yes, unlike some sites we do not sell testers. All our fragrances are sold
in their correct packaging.
Why are they so cheap?
We sell direct to the public, we don't have the overheads of a shop. Many
retailers both high street and internet make huge profits. We buy wholesale
and pass the savings on to our customers.
How can I pay?
The fastest and safest method of payment is on-line using EPDQ, we accept
all major credit and debit cards. However, you can phone payment details
to us or payment can be made by post by cheque or postal order. Please note
that the goods will not be despatched until the funds have cleared our account.
Is shopping on your site secure?
Yes, as soon as you checkout your order, all of your details are secure.
Our system uses a 128 bit encryption which secures your personal data by
scrambling it. Only you and the payment gateway (EPDQ - Barclaycard Merchant
Services) have sight of your credit card details. You will always see a
padlock or a closed lock in the right-hand lower corner of your screen,
this shows you that the SSL server is protecting your details.
Are you cheaper than duty free?
Yes, many customers comment that when they have priced products abroad or
in airports that we are cheaper. Some customers actually purchase their
presents from us before they travel to save carrying the extra weight and
save their spending money!
Can you get fragrances that are not listed on your site?
Yes, we tend to just put our regular items on the website. However, we can
get most fragrances. Please use our
contact page and we will advise you of
the size and price that is available to us.
What if my order is out of stock
We will contact you immediately and inform you of the date of expected stock.
We have stock deliveries 4-5 times per week, so it would be vary rare if
you had to wait for an item, and this would only be due to the wholesaler
being out of stock. If you do not wish to wait, then you will receive an
immediate refund.
Do I have to order on line?
No, you can email, phone or send us an order by post. Payment can be made
by cheque through the post or by credit/debit card which can be phoned or
posted and we will manually process your payment. Once the payment has cleared
our account, then your goods will be despatched immediately. However, for
speed our on-line shopping basket is completely secure and all transactions
are by EPDQ with Barclaycard Merchant Services using a secure server. All
your details are encrypted which means no one sees them not even us, they
are sent straight to Barclaycard for processing. Your card details are not
stored anywhere on our system.
How quickly will I receive my order
We send orders by first class post or Parcel Force, so you should receive
it the next day, however we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for
delivery as we are using a third party (Royal Mail) for delivery.
Can I return goods
Certainly, so long as the goods have not been opened or tested we are happy
to give a full refund. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
Why do you charge delivery when others don't
We make a delivery/packaging cost of £1 per item, which is capped at £5.00
so you do not pay extortionate postage rates. The sites that don't charge
for delivery inflate their prices, therefore our prices plus delivery are
still cheaper than those who give free delivery. Remember, nothing is for
free!
Do you ever do special offers?
We constantly have special offers in place, therefore our prices do change
and this means that the prices come down! Not many sites can say that! If
we save, then you save too. Our latest offers are shown on our homepage
and are updated weekly/monthly.
Which is stronger an EDT or EDP
The Eau de Perfum is always stronger than the Eau de Toilette in womens
fragrances. In mens fragrances the Eau de Toilette is stronger than the
aftershave, and comes in a spray, although some aftershaves are available
in a spray too.
